The Cethana PHES Project forms part of HydroTas’ iconic Battery of the Nation (BoTN) program, and will contribute an additional 750 MW with 20 hours of storage capacity to the NEM.
As the E&M Transaction Manager, I was engaged to support procurement of the scheme’s major mechanical and electrical equipment, including managing complex commercial and technical interfaces with the civil work EPC contractor.

Supported a Joint Venture with detailed cost engineering and procurement services in preparing their bid to construct 180km of new/upgraded rail either side of Moree, between Narrabri and North Star.

Developed cost estimates and optioneering for all traffic management, civil and utilities works as part of the successful bid for this complex $120m inner urban roads project

Managed the bid and provided cost estimates for in excess of 6 million m³ bulk earthworks in challenging climate and sensitive environmental for a 18km highway on NZ's north island

Provided contract and commercial support to the major drainage subcontractor in constructing 30 CSP and multi-plate arch culverts for a 70km rail expansion near Karratha, WA

The Adelaide River Offstream Water Storage (AROWS) Project aims to shore up the Territory’s long term water security network with a combination of brownfield asset renewals and greenfields storage and distribution infrastructure.
As Commercial and Risk Lead, provided strategic commercial and risk advice in developing a market-tested procurement strategy on behalf of the Northern Territory Government for the Territory’s largest, integrated infrastructure project. 

Managed the development of bid strategy and design for all surface civil, marine and logistics works as part of the bid for the $5.4b pumped storage hydro project in NSW's Snowy Mountains.

Supported the contractor through tender and delivery phases to construct over 80km of remote community access road in regional SA.

Managed the bid for pioneering and enabling works, including capital equipment investment strategy for a proposed gold mine expansion in PNG

Provided feasibility stage options estimates for civil and structural works as part of the proposed $1.5b aquaculture project in the Victoria River district, NT

Bid management, post-award quantity surveying, procurement governance, and commercial management through formation of critical and major subcontracts for the Aura & Harmony Trunk Infrastructure project on the Sunshine Coast

Negotiated and procured critical subcontracts and supply agreements; assisted with commercial strategy development and review of project budgets.

Developed successful bid and cost estimates for construction of 75 turbine bases as part of the 270MW wind farm development
